1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Perishable goods, custom-made products, and digital downloads.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective or damaged).

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. How to Request a Refund
